The costumer service part was ok. It was the getting my car fixed part that wasn't. I'm pretty sure the mechanics are doing the best can in the situation they're given. No doubt about it. But despite their efforts, although a little better it still feels like I'm driving on a gravel road almost everywhere I go. Then the line of credit y'all offered sounds good in retrospect but I couldn't shake the fact that it sounds like another way to milk money outta your costumers. I feel like I already pay enough with car and insurance payments. I'm just saying 🤷🏾♂️. Y'all asked for my feedback.

I normally have to wait hours for just an oil change, saturday he had me out in about 40 minutes. Still longer than i’d like to wait- but wayyy better than normal.
